Cookie Money Due 3/28

Hello Daisy families,

Thank you to everyone for all of your help with the cookie booths! We did really well overall and the girls were super adorable the whole time.

REMINDER:

**All monies are due to me by March 28th. That is a little less than two weeks from today. I will be out of town from the 19th through the 27th so please plan accordingly. Please do not drop your payment in my mail slot during this time.

You can either pay for your cookies at this week's meeting or plan on getting it to me on Monday the 28th. I will need one check from you made out to our troop #90169. Please let me know if you have questions.

**Also, if you have more orders to fill, I need to know asap. Please send me an email with your totals and I will get them to you.

Once again, thank you for all of your support during this year's cookie sale!

I hope to see you at this week's meeting followed by our investiture ceremony.

Best wishes, Michelle

COOKIES are coming this week!

Hello everyone,

It's finally that time! Cookies are arriving this week. I will be picking up our cases from the trucks on Wednesday, March 9th. I will sort them and then you will need to pick them up from my home and sign for them. I will be home most of the day Thursday and Friday afternoon for pick up. Please let me know what day and time you will be here.

Times available for pickup:
Thursday March 10th, 7:00 am-1:00 pm or 4:00pm-11:00pm
Friday March 11th, 12:00-3:00pm or 4:00-11:00pm

Also, the second order is due to me on March 16th. Once again I will need all of your totals by 6:00 pm that day. If it is easier you can email me your totals. If you have not sold any additional cookies please let me know.

**IMPORTANT: All money is due on March 28th. I will be out of town from the 19th-27th of March so please plan on either giving me the money before the 19th or dropping it off to me on the 28th. This is very crucial since the bank will be debiting our account and the funds must be there on time.

Thank you so much for your support and assistance with cookie season!

Best, Michelle

World Friendship Day Photos

World Friendship Day was a success! The girls had a blast and so did the parents! The girls worked really hard and I believe they learned a lot about Ethiopian culture, climate, dress, animals and food. They also had fun "visiting" the other countries represented by our sister troops.

For our country, we made prints using stamps made out of lemons, potatoes, wood and string. We then wove these together to create a "quilt" of artwork. We also stamped fabric to use as our table decoration.

The girls learned about ceremonial dress, beadwork and face painting. They looked adorable with their little painted faces.

Great work, Daisies!
